This team is approximately 8-11years. An evaluation of abilities is required for dancers before being placed on a performing team. Performing teams perform at 5 different venues throughout the year, including the Christmas and Spring recitals. They will learn 2 different dances throughout the year. They will also have 2 different costumes. This class focuses on the choreography for their dance routines.

Hip Hop dancers have a chance to increase their level of difficulty in this hip hop performing team! The class is for ages 10 and up. Dancers will perform at 5 different venues through out the year including the Christmas and Spring recitals. This is a fun way to take their dancing skills up a notch without the time commitment of a competition team.

Come with your Preschooler and toddler to tumbling time and ballet! We have engaging, developmentally appropriate and fun activities to help your toddler with their fine and gross motor skills! They will perform their tumbling skills in the Christmas recital and get a tumbling leotard for that performance. They will perform a ballet dance for the Spring Recital and will get a dance costume for that performance.

Give your little dancer the chance to find the beat and their own style in hip hop! This class performs in 2 recitals. The Christmas recital and the Spring recital. They get a different costume for each recital.

The beginner tumbling class is for students working on hand stands, cart wheels, back walk overs, front walk overs and round offs. This class will also help students with flexibility, balance and coordination! Tumblers get a leotard and showcase their skills in the Christmas and Spring recitals.

(This class will need to register for the beginning technique class on Mondays from 5:15-5:55pm)

Solo classes are 30 minute sessions. The price is different from regular classes. (See Tuition) Soloist learn a dance to a song that the teacher and dancer select. They attend 30 minute weekly classes catered to their specific abilities. Soloists perform one dance in the Christmas recital and one dance in the Spring recital. Soloists are required to be in a group class of the same style as their solo or a technique class. Contact Valley Pointe Dance for scheduling.
